small rodent creatures called lemings gather en masse,(im not sure where this happens) and run off cliffs into the sea.some marine mammals like dolphins or wales beach themselves,and moths fly right into fire.there are some examples,good question,look this one up for more info.

Not sure about suicide but there are animals that commit infanticide or siblicide.
When a new male lion takes over a pride of females he will kill any existing offspring so that the females will go back on heat and have his offspring and therefore pass on his genes not another males.
There are many types of birds that commit siblicide including the kookaburra (laughing bird found in Australia) 2 or 3 chicks hatch but unless it is a particularly good year for food the strongest will kill the other weaker chicks removing its competition for food provided by the parents.

Yes! Some birds commit sucide when you put them in cage. There is a bird called Cuckoo whick commits sucide by throwing their head on the cage bars when you put them in cage.

No, suicide requires conscious thought. The drive of all organisms other than humans seem to be propagation of their genetic lineage.
