I'm thinking never. Do you have any idea what pregnancy does to a woman? Now, if there were fewer humans and reversed population problems in the world, then I'll agree it's between the early twenties and mid to late thirties but, since the world is an over populated place with millions upon millions of abused, unwanted, uncared for and unloved people including a countless number of children, never getting pregnant is your best option. Adoption is perfect these days.

Anytime after the age 30 your chance of a misscarriage increase by almost double. Between 27 and 30 is the best time.
