Yes, it is true. Generally speaking, women are smaller and have smaller skulls and smaller brains.
What does this mean? Nothing except they have less volume and mass for their brains.
Totally unrelated to the size of the brain is the question of intelligence. The "average" woman and the "average" man seem to have just about identical intelligence. It is the ends of the population curves that differ.
Women tend to mass near the average, with fewer numbers on either extreme. Men tend to have a wider spread with more numbers of the most intelligent and the very dumbest.

Brain size is relative to body size. If a woman is smaller then a man, and most women are, her brain will be smaller.
Actually the two hemispheres of a woman's brain are connected better then that of a man's.

On average they have smaller bodies therefore a smaller brain.
They are smart enough not to ask dangerous questions like yours!
Elephants have big brains but there brain size compared to spinal cord is smaller than us. Women have the same brain to spinal cord as men

Questions like these do nothing but propagate the system. Both genders should be viewed as equal. Yea there are differences like women can't pee very well standing up, and men can't bleed for a week and not die, but that doesn't mean either gender is better than the other.

The more grey matheria your brain contains, the more capable it is.
Women have less grey matheria than men in average.
That's a fact.
We can now talk for days about how do they interact in society, how much they put up with pain, how important they are since they raise kids, etc etc etc.
But they still have smaller brains and lesser grey matheria...

Yes, but it there is no significant correlation between cranial capacity and intelligent. Some of the most influential scientist have had the largest brains while some have had relatively small.

I have heard that their brains are smaller but I'm not sure if this correlates with intelligence since I've seen men with big heads that were not as smart as women with small heads........that sounds comical.

I gave the ugly ones large brains.
