You could pay for her to go to a spa, or go with her for some pampering then have a simple picnic at the lake or river.

go on a romantic holiday together... or if you both have the same hobbies, you can spend quality time enjoying it together at no extra costs.
Go to the beach, watch a sunset or sunrise, go on a picnic... go on a cruise... make dinner and watch a movie at home (so that there can be plenty of making-out! hehe)... there are endless things you can do

First congrats. depending on where you live , The best time I had on a date long ago was when my guy took me to the beach, rented a baby-stroller and put on his blades and went strolling with me inside and pampered me all day long then we went to dinner at a very elegant restaurant that evening.
