The first son of Abraham for Christian, Muslim and Jew is Ishmael. The first son from his wife Sarah, and who is the promised son, is Isaac. The lineage of Christ is through Isaac. Ishmael was made to leave Abraham's camp with his mother because of the jealously of Sarah over her handmaiden.

Abraham had two sons. Ishmael was the first born and Isaac was second. Ishmael fathered the line of the Moslems and Isaac fathered the line that Jesus descended from.
And the two lines are still at war today.

Isaac wasn't a Christian, you twit. There were no Christians until the life of Jesus, who some believed after his death was the "Christ" or Messiah of Jewish prophecy.
Isaac (along with Moses, Abraham, Noah, etc) are in the Christian Bible (as well as the Quran) because it is a branch of Judaism that eventually developed into a separate tree.

Ishmael was Abraham's first-born, but as God had yet to make his covenant with Abraham (then called Abram), Ishmael was not his heir. His mother was Hagar, the hand-maiden of Abram's wife Sarai. Isaac was his heir--as well as the only son of Abraham with his wife Sarah (as they were called from the time of the covenant of circumcision). So, according to Judaism, Ishmael was the first-born, but not the heir that God had promised him.
