Alonso is a complete baby.
Look at his reaction vs Schumacher's reaction to them both being on the same number of points.
Alonso blames the team, his team mate, etc, and moans on while Michael (a true professional) seems to realize there are still a potential 20 points to be won by either of them.

The events lately went so bad for him that no wonder he is nervous. It is just that one bad thing happens on top of another. It all started with the contradictory FIA punishment and his "bad luck" (if it could be called like that) ever since then. It is true that his own team doesn't help him with not letting him to make tests with his car (since he is going to McLaren next year his team doesn't want him to know that much for the car) but I think it is not reasonable to think that a team would sabotage his own driver. After all Fernando was third and Fisi slowed down so that Fernando can get second. I call that help, not sabotage.
Though I am not fan of Alonso, I admit that he has talent and he is a good driver. He is being paranoid right now and his accusations are ridiculous but I understand him - whose nerves would stand all that pressure and bad luck lately.

He is still very young - only a little more than half of Schumacher's age. Yes, sometimes he does appear diappointed. I believe he may have been misquoted or misunderstood recently. He is under an enormous amount of pressure which he has no experience in handling.
Let's not forget that he is the youngest ever world champion. I think we should give the man a break and enjoy the excitement that we get from him and Schumi dicing together.

He is OKish off track. On track he is close to perfect, his error rate is very low.
I only started racing when I was 48 and I raced for 4 years (I am 58 now). I loved beating the young guys (which I did regularly) and winning. My error rate was low and I was very good on long fast corners (I didn't lift). Oh, I wish I was 18 again and I could take on the Alonsos of the world.

He is out of his mind, few days back i read a newspaper Alonso quoting as FIA is helping Schumi to win the 8th World Champion titlle as it is his last race. I think he should shut up and show it in his performance.

Aloha from Down Unda!
Being a member of a free society, even you have the right to say what you want about Alonso! Your assessment seems rough & the stress he's undergoing would probably make a babbling idiot of most anyone. To credit him with his current achievements & recognize the success he's managed to aquire, prevents me from bad mouthing his integrity or calling him names. Seems like sportsmanship should go ALL ways!

He was not nervous he was very confident so he finished second and tied up with Schumi. Fate got the pole position but destiny had a different place for him.
