I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there isn't a lot you can do with stretchmarks. You can try the new scar reduction ointments on the market, but they aren't going to erase the evidence all together. The skin has been damaged and given, and there isn't anything that will cure that. If you are looking at future pregnancies, the best thing is to start using cocoa butter from the start. It won't do much for the one's you already have, but it can help them getting worse and new ones from forming. Unfortunatly, some folks just get them worse than others. Consider them maternal badges of honor or momma medals, and learn to laugh at them- cause they aren't going away. The best you can hope for is that they will age to a thin silver grey line, instead of being red purple and raised.

Mederma is a good over the counter lotion that works for some people. A prescription medication is Tretinoin or Retin-A 0.1 percent. You can also consider laser therapy. Dermotolygists use different types of lasers depending on the color of the stretch mark and or the elasticity if their is any. You can go to a family Derm. and discuss treatments. Hope this was of help. Remember, not all the stretch marks are removeable.

It's really hard, but I heard from my pregnant friends that you really need to be using the stretch mark creams before you even see stretch marks.
Once you see stretch marks, it's too late.
The idea is to moisturise the area before it stretches to the point where the layer of fat/collagen or whatever you call it, breaks.
And even then they use shea butter and cocoa butter based creams.

When I first saw stretch marks on my beautiful body, I was so sick for maybe about a month. Then when I realized I was the same person I said get me if you can ...In other words "I was still who I was" Don't waste your young beautiful years on that garbage. Some teens get stretch marks just from exercise or wt. lose. Be a tower of strength.

in basic terms like the apostle Paul traveled critically to deliver information of Christ to people in all factors, dedicated ones right this moment are doing the comparable concern. there have been tribes discovered in the final a hundred and fifty years that, contained in the final 2000 years, by no potential had any touch with Christians. Amazingly, nevertheless, they did have a legend of a depraved earth cleansed by potential of potential of a international flood, with in easy terms a handful of folk surviving.

The tendency toward stretch marks is genetic. You can keep your skin soft and pliable, but the stretch marks are coming from a deeper layer - you can try scar medications afterwards, use lotions to help keep your skin soft and maybe later, talk to a plastic surgeon or skin Dr about lazer stuff -
