I also had many headaches during preganacy. They could be caused by so may different things. Has your stress level gone up? Have you been intaking more salt than usual? Are you drinking enough water? You also have to take into consideration that your body is changing. Also, the change of seasons is in effect. That causes many people to get headaches. Or could it be sinus related? My suggestion would be first to answer these questions and then second to see either your primary doc or your OBGYN. There are so many causes of headaches, yours could be any one of these or possibly something more serious.

Definitely simply ask her OB - Of direction, homeopathic at a well being meals retailer like Boiron manufacturer or Hylands has a GREAT headache formulation that's secure. I've heard that inexperienced pippen apples are well in opposition to complications. It would simply be a passing virus, however even the homeopathic is SAFE for any individual and utilising your possess frame's security mechanisms to battle for you. I have used Hylands whilst lactacting to CALM me down and it is referred to as CALMS - very healthful stuff. Not a bit of of aspect results. Make certain you're getting top pleasant calcium in veggies (sure carrots and brocolli have calcium) and positioned a few cheese. My favourite dairy is Alta Dena given that their cows are handled good - no hormones, and many others. they usually make a satisfactory cheese from their uncooked milk I've heard that uncooked milk is the pleasant given that the calcium is conveniently to be had from ONLY the uncooked milk and honestly the pasteurized milk depletes your frame of calcium. See experiences in this to be satisfied. Take care and do consume healthful meals. Not such a lot sugar and white processed flour merchandise. Fruits and veggies are BEST! God bless you all. Mrs. C

I think you should better tell that to your GP. Your GP will know better than you think. Because when women gets pregnant, they're all different. So open that thing to your GP, it'll helps you a lot. and all the things you concern about. And one more thing, follow your own instinct. you'll never know, it might be a bad symptom for you having an early headache in your first trimester.

i don't usually get headaches, but had terrible ones when pregnant both times.i felt like ripping my hair out. my doctor said this was a normal symptom in pregnancy and advised only to take paracetamol if desperate. it does pass ,but that isn't much help at the time.obviously if you get them in later pregnancy could mean pre-eclampsia.
