WHY??? would you wanna do that to the mother of your children?
even if you dont love her any more they certainly do!!
I think you will find that the courts will look at all these issues before deporting her, 10yrs is a long time, and the fact is you have been her partner in crime all that time, and are now using it against her, very very nasty, im so glad im not married to you
Im sure your kids will hate you forver if you take away their mother

just b/c they are married doesn't automatically make her a citizen...stupid misconception....doesn't give you anything except a green card, you still have to file for citizenship.....

yes he can...just b/c the kids were born here makes no difference...

definite, that's accessible for a guy and woman(who're no longer THAT in touch in one yet another anymore) to be at the same time only for the youngsters. each and every so often, even as my moms and dads get into huge arguments over some thing stupid and little, i ask your self what might want to ensue to my figure's relationship if my sister and that i did not exist. particular, maximum moms and dads love one yet another, yet i visit guess you one major reason they're nevertheless at the same time is for the youngsters. and that is particularly comprehensible, considering any good figure might want to favor their newborn to have a daddy and a mommy. As for the 2d question, the married guy probable feels a responsibility to stay married to his spouse(for the youngsters) even even with the actuality that the marriage is now boring, and to revive the 'boring' component to his existence, he receives excitement from the female who he's in an affair with. even even with the actuality that i understand each and every newborn should be in a position to strengthen up with a mom and a dad, i imagine he could divorce his spouse if he will keep persevering with with the affair. that's extra perfect than having her or the youngsters detect his secret affair.
