If it feels like a task you're probably not doing it right. ROMANCE HER! Don't just try to put it in. it could take time but there are probably other issues there. Talk to her.
This is my point of view on the situation. Take a little time talk to the wife find out where the deep seated issues of lack of sexual desire is coming from. It could be as simple as the whole worried about getting pregnant again or far worse that you just do not sexually arouse or satisfy her like you used to. The sexual journey is an adventure between the two of you and should not be thought of as a job that has to be done just because of the marriage. That really sucks I am truly sorry I don't know if I can help at all but I will give you a few thoughts from my own experiences..... I am really stumped on this one I have been sitting at my computer for about 10 min. trying to think of some good advice for you but all I can come up with is that the little things count man. Maybe try getting a sitter and taking her to a hotel for the weekend where she can be totally uninhibited maybe she is thinking about your kids to much. I know that might sound weird but I can see a womens mind going in that direction. There is always too much responsibility once you feel tied down try to make her laugh a little more that is always a turn on to me. I am sorry I couldn't be of more help.

space case makes a valid point, but im gonna have to disagree with her, if she is fat now she is probably really self conscience about it and why would you want to bang a fat chick anyway. twice a month is too much for a fat chick, you gotta let her know that she needs to be hot if your gonna hit that. she has used some reverse pschology on you and made you feel like she doesnt want to have sex with you. When actually you are turned off by her weight, she had you fooled but luckily i got you back on the right path

whats your problem been there done all that and more , you need to do something and fast she thinks your boring , ask your self whats changed have you put on heaps of weight got unfit stopped caring about your appearance , drink to much , give her a difficult time , expect to much hose work from her and domestoic duties if you want good sex you need to get the emotional connection back from her and fix whats wrong .

I think it is OK to try new things but that is weird of you to want to see your wife sleep with another man.A husband should be jealous of other men not want to see his wife in bed with one.So I think you need to let her know straight up that you want to have a little more fun in bed but have some respect for her as well she is the mother of your children don't expect her to do every dirty thing you can think of.

Women do not always like kinky sex. Maybe she needs to be made love to. You say she feels dirty, maybe you push too hard for your desires and neglect hers. If you are as hard up as you say, I would think making love would be better than only 2xs a month. Also if you make love reeeeeally good, she is more likely going to experiment with you once in a while. Some of your fantasies ( watching her with other men?) are reasons for her to feel inhibited, especially if she is more into making love than she is into just plain sex.

the only way to spice things up is when you go inside the bathroom while she's naked and have sex in the shower. in that case she will appreciate that you find her sexy even if she's naked.
just throw yourself inside and start kissing her all over while getting wet in the shower.
