Technically, real wizards make their own garments to ensure the proper "attachment" is ensured. The garment and the wearer need to be as one in the mystical world for best performance.

if there was such a garment, however, wizards are figments of hollywoods imagination. will have to make your own and market them must be at least 3 people who will want one
