If it's for religious or self esteem reasons, then yes. You should never do anything that you aren't comfortable with or that you feel will compromise your self respect. But, generally, no. My first four boyfriends were all virgins when I met them (including my ex-husband at the age of 26), and I never enjoyed sex until I got a boyfriend who had experience. Sex with virgins isn't really satisfying because either they are too nervous or clumsy to get into it, or they are too busy satisfying themselves to consider that you need to get something out of it, too. Of course, you can teach someone to be better, but I haven't got enough experience myself to do that, since you kinda have to know what you like before you can tell someone how to do it... So, in my experience, older virgins are just pathetic... But that doesn't mean they are bad or wrong. More power to ya if you have that kind of self control.

I dont think age should be a factor.. I think a person should loose their virginity when they feel the time is right!! 40, 18, 25, 50 it doesnt matter...

I don't think age and virginity have much of anything to do with each other. This is somehting each person decides for him/herself as to if/when they want to have sex for the first time.

If they've never been married and have high morals of course they should. Do you think that they should lower their morals just because a certain number of birthdays have passed? Geez, what kind of logic is that?
