If you selling concert tickets from New Jersey to an event in New York, which state's laws do you follow???

This is a big difference, since it greatly affects the ticket price one can ask to be paid. If you are a New Jersey resident, and you are reselling tickets to a New York State concert, do you follow the laws for New York or New Jersey???
