As humanity evolves, it becomes progressively more and more intellectualized and teaching is more in line with such an attitude. Doing, on the other hand, usually involves a physical, manual labor which is a throwback to the more primitive times of humanity. Therefore, teaching is better.

If you can't do it how can you teach it.The best one is doing what you love most, doing it yourself or sharing your knowledge teaching someone else how it's done.
