the benz would win. although it is a 4 door it is lighter than the cadillac. it also has 1 more gear and rear wheel drive. despite the previous post, both cars have 275 horsepower assuming the caddilac is the base model el dorado. benz traction control works better also preventing wheelspin.

okay mayne the 420 would win becuase the eldorado is a piece of **** e420 has way more class what year was that eldorado again who cares there gay... what kind of engine does it have in it shiiet like a v6 damn against a v8.. no way in hella eldorado wouldnt even make it off the line

The cadilac has a 306 HP engine
The E420 has a 279 HP engine,you figure it out.

I can't really say who would win, but for the loser there'd be a ton of expensive parts to clean off the track.
