Each company develops their own job qualifications and duties. In general and Client Relations Manager supervises the implementation of a company's Client Relations' Policy. This may or may not include:
a) Sitting at a desk watching people answering "complaint" calls.
b) Developing the web robot response to such comments.
c) Training company franchises/managers in complaint resolution.
d) Doing followup work w/ clients to obtain their feedback for future/better working relationships. This may be by net/phone/or jet.

every company or business describes their job titles and description of job and duties differently. so there is not set list of duties or qualifications, sorry
