She is focused on breakup due to some point stuck in her mind (maybe correct or false) - u can only enlighten the situation.

Well that depends. Do you still want to be friends? If both of you agree to still be friends then either of you can start the conversation. But also keep in mind just because you are talking does not mean you will ever be together as one again.
