Immediately, and I mean, now! call your card company and report your card is being fraudulently used. It is the same as if it was stolen. That will limit your liability.

You may have to do two things.
1. Write to the Credit card company and claim a dispute that, you did not buy it. They generally charge a small fee for tracking. If they find that your address is mentioned in delivery or some transaction, you will be liable to lose the amount as well as the tracking fee. if they find that some one else has used the card, they will take necesary action. The tracking fee will not be levied on you and will also return the money.
2. Request the credit card company to change your card ( the number ) and issue a new one with immediate effect, so that future misuse can be avoided.
All the best

Call your credit card company immediately to dispute the charge. This company can get their as*ses in trouble for making unauthorized charges on your credit card. Make sure that you check your statement every month because you only have a certain amount of time to dispute unauthorized charges. It's also not a bad idea to periodically "lose" your credit card so you get a new card with a different number. That way companies that you've purchased things from would not be able to make unauthorized charges on your account. I once bought something from a company called Brylane. Several months later, without my consent, they charged my card $60 for a "membership fee". I was highly p*ssed and called my credit card company and had the charge removed.

Don't worry, you won't be liable for the recent charges... not sure about old ones. The credit card company might ask you to make your complaint in writing, but a phone call is your first step. If they want to cancel your card and that would be inconvenient for you, ask if they can just block that company. I hate having to cancel a card because of the delay in getting a new one. If they insist on your getting a new account number, ask them to sent the card to you overnight if you need a card quickly.

Besides the answers listed already, it is also a good idea to contact your State's Attorney General's Office because other consumers in your state have probably been ripped off too. The state can then bring a case against the individual(s) as well.

The very first thing I would do is contact my credit card comp. and explain the problem. Also contact The butterfly people and tell them the problem. If all else fails contact the Attorny Generals Office in your state. maybe the BBB. also.

they can trace your transactions through visa and you can tell them that it is internet fraud anytime you make a purchase on the net within 30 days of billing cycle you can call and tell them that it is a fraudulant charge and they will cancel it (so say the rules of ecommerce when you take it in business school) the other thing you need to do is call the better business bureau in your area and report them. you can also tell visa to monitor your card for any other online purchases and have them decline them unless you specifically call and have visa clear it
