Who played the Ukelele and sang the song "Somewhere over the Rainbow" I think he is Hawaiian, do you know the name of the albumn/CD and where can I download it from?

"Israel "Bruddah Iz" Kamakawiwoʻole (May 20, 1959 – June 26, 1997) (pronounced IPA [kamakaʋiwoˈʔole]) was a popular entertainer and singer in Hawaiʻi until his death at the age of 38. He became famous outside Hawaiʻi when his album Facing Future was released in 1993 with his medley of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"

His name is Israel Kamakawiwo Ole' and it is a fabulous version not only of the song "Somewhere Over The Rainbow", but also a little portion of "Wonderful World: mixed in, too.

His name is Israel K something but he goes by Izzy. You can go to yahoo's main page and search under the audio tab for somewhere over the rainbow israel kamakawiwo'le.
