Steve Smith is such a huge part of that offense, in 2 games he has like 17 receptions with over 200 yds and 1 TD. Not that he's single handedly winning games but the other things that arent accumalated into stats like spreading the defense allowing other WR's/TE's to get open and also stretching the defense downfield allowing Foster/Williams to run more wide open after hitting the hole. They are a much better unit with a threat like Smith back on their side. Yes, they will continue to roll...

It will definitely help them. Their season has been disappointing so far. Even if he doesnt catch many passes he draws double coverage which will make other guys open. Plus it will be a big psychological boost for the team.
