Well I almost died in a car accident. I didn't have the light at the end of the tunnel thing (I wasn't even hospitalized-I wore my seatbelt, and if I hadn't, I'd be dead). Thats all I got.

i was 'cliniclly' dead close to three minutes.answering what was it like .. is .. well .. an injustice to the experience .. there are just no words for it .. for instance;if i were to start with "it was really out there" you might not think of all that means and yet at the same time , out there is not factual. when your experiencing .unity. the whole ' experiencing of no 'space'..then i could try to explain the no 'time ' thing ,, but how can i relate that to you .. all is perfect. worth repeating all is perfect. makes since when/after your mind is blown,,it is kinda like(ego/ i ) seperation from the old familar you. and "i" eyes closed. an 'awareness' so beyond, that beyond is understatement, to say the least.an 'unbound' wide open veiw of the you, that is neither attached to old , nor new..and certainly not hung up on, any thing like " me - or - you" differenticiating. my trip went both ways; 1st the down , dark ,scarey ,place hhll pp mmee.now is a place for a decent place for a descent attempt to use words, that describe only a tiny fraction of this experience, but alot of people (exspecially those who have spent childhoods growing up ,, up north.back to the scarey dark place; and the journey there;this can be(partically) describe using a question,,, that you answer , it was so cold it burnt .. ? meaning hot and now and uoch!! have you ever stuck your tongue on something; so cold; it stuck ?or perhaps, wet or damp fingers on..reallly collld ice ect. now you tell me that , that didn't burn !! (on to) the light ; it was so bright (among many of it's wonderous qualities) that the fact that the light not only; 'did not hurt' ,,, it felt : well,, more than the greatest, great ..better than the bestest best .!. well i'm gonna stop now, putting things; that , there, are really ,no words for, into words ..well ain't that a thing :+>

It wasn't near death, but really frightening. I had a bad experience with my first C-section. so when the 2nd one came along, I asked to be put out. My husband was by my side and I heard him say, oh she's out already, and I wanted to turn to him and say, no I'm not out, but I was completely paralyzed and for all intents was out - but I was consciously thinking.
They started the surgery and I have never felt such pain, but I couldn't even open my eyes. I thought, oh my God, I'm going to feel this whole surgery. I knew I only had one thing and that was to pray. So I started to pray, and in my mind's eye looked up and it was like I was looking up from the bottom of a well. I could see what I thought was Christ looking down at me and then I was out....finally. Been phobic about surgery ever since.
It was probably just a wishful vision, but I remember it very vividly.

Yeah I should be dead. Got into a car accident that caused a burst fracture in my L3 vertabrae and broke two other vertabrae. I also had a collapsed lung and was on a breathing machine for 3 days. When I woke up I didn't know where I was. Honestly thought I was in heaven cause I saw the bright light and then what seemed to be two angels. Turns out they were just nurses so it was pry just the morphine but it seemed real.

I had ammonia. It continued for 10 days. Fever never went down..it was around 110 degrees, and my parents didn't take me to the hospital..mainly because I refused. Also, I had shivers every 5 seconds and literally felt like I was burning inside-out. It was the worse period of time in my life. I would never like to go back to it. On the 7th day I thought I was about to die, I could not breath, but thank God I did. However, it was a crazy experience.

you can have a near death experiance any time you like if you eat ,amanita muscara the mushroom of death.
you leave the body behind and have a feeling of being a spirit, very powerfull and lasting lesson, which suggests that death is a door into another dimension,a continuence of existance but devoid of anything that relates to physical
Had the real thing as young man,due to poisening of my system and it was very similar

This was in the late 1950’s. I was about 7 years old. I was having my tonsils removed at the surgery of my doctor's office. I was having very strange dreams, and then I heard the doctor say, "We're losing her." I found myself floating near the ceiling looking down at myself on the OR table watching the nurse and doctor working very frantically. I felt something grab me inside my chest and slam me down on the table.
When I recovered from my tonsillectomy and went to see the doctor for my checkup, I asked to see the OR on the excuse that I’d been having bad dreams about it. It looked exactly as it had in my dream/hallucination under anesthesia. My parents did not believe in telling a kid about “bad” or “scary” things if they assumed that the kid didn’t need to know about it, so I never asked them about what happened.

I was hit by a truck. I was drivin and it hit my side. That moment happened so quickly. I had the quick instinct to ask god to take me ,and to forgive me in less than a second. After the hit I couldnt move from the shock. ITs really trippy
