BHP and RTZ are both correct, however the company with the greatest range of mining rights in those areas is Anglo American.

I believe an excellent company to begin your search is BHP Billton (Australia) that owns mining assets and rights across a spectrum of natural resources including iron ore, chromium, uranium, petroleum / oil, diamonds, etc.
