Houston, we have a problem, lol

You need to give some background here, what makes you think someone, anyone is messing with your system? What have you seen to make you think this.

Why do you susupect this particular addy?

Do you have firewalls? Hardware? Software? which ones?

Seeing error messages from Windows? What do they say?

Your seemingly simple question, really isn't, nor can I or anyone give you a truly helpful answer without more data.

Try more info and Ill try to help.

www.zonealarm.com and download their free firewall. U are probably being hacked. I jus went on it. My Download accelerator jus popped up and is asking me to download a tai.exe file. If u downloaded this file and launched it, someone is using this program and hacking yur computer. To be safe, again download the firewall and in the windows search, Start->search, type in Tai and if u see any tai and is a exe/application file. Delete at once. Change all yur passwords. Windows Xp, interent, e-mail accounts. If u have govenrment information like social security number on the computer, notify the authorities at once that identity theft may be in process. Dont wanna scare u but is better than being sorry. Laterz.

One more thing, if u trying to delete the file and it is in use, use ctrl alt and del and click task manager and stop the tai.exe process and then delete the file or u can boot safe mode and delete the file. Laterz.
