Are there dangers to masturbation? I guess carpal tunnel syndrome might be one, or getting caught is kind of embarrassing for some people, I don't know of any other danger unless you use the wrong lubricant (male) and burn your "winkie" up. Maybe getting cut by a fingernail, or if no lubricant is used it becomes raw and hurts if done too much or too long.
Pros are it feel great What more do you need?

As long as you don't go crazy and hurt yourself, you should be fine. Make sure your hands are clean, no dirt or grime when you start.
