I am trying to locate a picture of Calvin specifically wearing military BDU's and cap. Possibly even something suitable to be colored as military uniform looking.

I would say that i have read every single Calvin and Hobbes strip in existence, and i have never seen Calvin in fatigues. the closest you'll get is a sunday strip with calvin in an army helmet - check out "The essential Calvin and Hobbes" it has that strip in color.

Not officially. There have been plenty of (copyright violating) knockoffs, of a little boy with a nasty grin urinating on Ford, on Bin Laden, on whomever they wanted to criticise. If you were to ask of active military, they might be able to find a mod that somebody has done.
BTW, Hobbes already has a natural camo outfit on, suitable for his environment. Would you consider looking for one that had Calvin in striped fur...?
