All absolute values is are is the distance a value is from zero.
absolute value of -7 is 7
and absolute value of -2.9 is 2.9
the negative of an absolute values is 9+2 = 11 so it would be -11

god did you slept through all you math classes...absolute values are one of the easiest thing there are in algebra... and its 7, 2.9, and -11...and if want to know how I got that, Its the dam distant that number is to the dam 0, draw a number line if thatll make it easier.
