Menarche is the beginning stages of menstration. It can occur at various times during puberty. There is no age when it should occur. Her age would probably help. The first period usually occurs some time around age 13 or 14 but can occur later or earlier.

What is your age? You ahve not stated. There may be delay in start of mensuration cycle, but it can not be for life. So don't worry if you are stil in your mid-teens. No harm in consulting a Gyno. if you are towards the end of your teens

it depends on her age. If you are super skinny this will delay puberty. Go to a GYN for a checkup.
