I have seen the Michelle Pfieffer version, and liked it, but I really loved the Hallie Berry version. I liked the story, the cinematography (esp. the cat's eye POV stuff) the editing, and REALLY liked the outfit she filled-out sooo sexily. I also liked her use of the bullwhip better than Michelle's, but maybe I'm prejudiced there, as my friend Joe Strain built those whips.
I'm always amazed by how many people seemed to hate the film. Any opinions? Thanks.

I agree with you. The cinematography and lighting fused to make gorgeous images. While Berry filled the screen gracefully. The difference between Michelle and Hallie is that Michelle didn't have the special effects working for her or the creativity. Michelle's was filmed like a typical Batman film. Hallie's had all the aspects of a more modern superhero film. That is why Hallie's version is so much better.

No contest. Halle's dress replace into thoroughly amateur, and her poor overall performance overshadowed her very own great parent. Anne Hathaway seems spectacular. I nevertheless think of that Michelle Pfeiffer replace into and would be the reigning ultimate Catwoman.

I loved it and I feel the same way you do. I thought halle did a great job. It was a fun movie, not anything worth an oscar but it wasnt meant for that. It was meant to be fun.

I'm straight and I liked the movie myself eventhough her reviews weren't the greatest. I think people were just jealous of her and her movie that is what that was about. Go H.B.

That was one of only 2 movies that she made that I liked. Dorothy Dandridge was the 2nd.

I like her. I think she acted this role well. They should have criticized the content of the movies , not her acting
