how to get rid of a black ink or paint stain from a white t shirt with little words in blue on it?

but seriously, i think you're screwed.
I'm 75% sure ink doesn't come out

Use hairspray and keep dabbing off the ink then soak in water with oxygen bleach (Clorox II ) or one of those. If you think it's paint use a paint thinner on the spot then go ahead with the second part. Test a little first to see if it's ink or not---If it's ink it should start to run right away with hairspray

Rubbing alcohol. pour onto shirt (over a sink) rub with toothbrush - pour some more - rub some more - pour some more - you get the point
When you've gotten as much out as you can put some stain spotter -like "shout" on it and wash-
if its not out after 1st washing- don't throw in dryer - wash again
the washing part doesn't have to happen immediately, but the alcohol does- Try to find the web site for the "Queen of Clean" she really knows her stuff and can tell you how to get any stain out

Hi SD surfer2.
Try rubbing Murphy's Oil Soap into stain & rinse with cold water & if that doesn't work try soaking it in Murphy's Oik Soap,cold water overnight & rinsing in cold water. If the stain is still there try Tide with bleach rub it in, then rinse with cold water & then leave it overnight. Don't use warn or hot water as this will set stain permanently. This should do the trick. I hope works & have a good day!

IT will only come out with cold water as so as it happens with the paint don't know about the ink i don't think ink comes out
