Shut Up Jackie, Dude I once told a girl how I felt and she like totaly ripped me apart dude. I'd ask a friend what SHE thinks. Dudes don't know **** they always say yea like she friggen digs you dude. Make sure its a good she not some like scruffy nasty hoe she.

never be scared to tell someone how you feel because you will go through your entire life wondering "what if" and trust me you don't want to deal with that.
just start talking to her normally and if you already do just tell her some way. maybe she likes you back. take a chance for once. the worst she can say is "i just like you as a friend" but later if it's meant to be you two will be together. and if she doesn't like you in that way it's possible that it's for the better of things.
if you two have a good friendship she also may not want to ruin the friendship if you two were to break up and what not..

Then I'm sorry to tell you this...but you'll NEVER experience love by being too afraid! Life is about taking chances...if you don't start taking some now, you'll always be standing on the sidelines watching your life pass you by as you sit idly by in the bleachers! GET IN THE GAME! Every one is afraid of somthing.
Some girls fill the same way about boys.
You can just tell her how you fill, Or don't say anything and take the risk of loseing her to some one ealts.
Eather way you take a chance, but the choese is up to you.

Ya know the best of us are afraid to express ourselves due to the fear of rejection or the fear of being hurt. Don't rush anything take your time as friends and let the relationship grow in to something more.

be brave the worst that could happen is she says no. WRONG the worst that could happen is if you spend the rest of your life wondering if she might have said yes if you had of asked. As for what charmelio says you might as well find out now if she is a nasty little... she might not be and if she is you should be able to handle it. just ask her out like soulguy says.

Okay dude find out if she has a boyfriend. if not you need to set something up so that you will have a reason to talk to her. then be honest and be yourself. ill give you a tip try to flstter her joke a little make her feel comfortable. then all you have to say is hi my nameis __________ and ask her what her name is and if you can have her cell number should she happen to have one.

Maybe it would just be better to ask her out on a date and see how she responds. If she doesn't want to see you or view you in this way, you'll know how she feels about you without spilling your guts to her.
