Work with a hotel for a few years and then go get the degree... Most good MBA programs won't even accept you unless you've got a few years of work in the field under your belt.

I have the same degree and have gone right to work for a hotel in Banff Alberta. After three years here I have just been hired to run a resort in Ontario. I have been told that it is advisable to get a higher degree if you want to work management in a large hotel chain like fairmont or something along those lines, but all in all there are many people in supervisory and management positions here that have no related education at all.

Iam sure the experience of working for a hotel first would help in the obtaining the masters degree
