Do the unselfish thing and don't see her at all.
If that's not possible then tell her immediately so she can stop seeing you and spend a few weaks getting herself uncreeped-out.
People who have a fetish need to work them out, get over them, or something before ever hoping to have a relationship; because no normal woman would put up with something so creepy.
(I guess that shows people what kind of people one meets online.)

I would kind of ease into it to see how you think she will accept it.
I you really think that you want to get serious with this person though, you should tell her early in the relationship so that if it is something she doesn't want to deal with, the two of you can part gracefully and not invest a lot of time in a relationship the has no future.
