There is no sound from the speakers like during a normal boot-up. I had already removed and reinstall the graphic card. There is no signal going to the monitor also.I do not know what else I can do. Can someone give me some advise please? I really would appreciate your help.

Make sure your connections to the graphics card from the monitor are solid. If they are correct and firmly attached, and you still have a problem, go to the device manager and un-install the display adapters and the monitor, then reboot the computer.

It it's plugged into a power strip, check it's switch, and make sure the power plug in the back of the computer and the plug is in snugly
