Have you ever had a pimple or in-grown hair on the inside of your nose??! OUCH!!!
I'm sure I'll get a bunch of dumb-*** answers for this...but if anyone has a serious, helpful answer, I would be most grateful!!
I was never one to be plagued w/ facial acne or anything, thankfully.
But this thing in my nose feels like a friggin boulder!!

Ah yes, I have had those and they are horrible. There isn't much you can do about them. They hurt like hell and you just have to let them run their course. I don't get zits often but when I get them on the inside of my nose I want to cut my face off. The one thing I did is I got Neosporin with pain relief and rubbed it on the inside of my nose. It didn't take the zit away any faster, but it didin't hurt anymore.

That has to be painful (extremely); maybe go to the doctors or emergency room they might give u some ointment or a nose spray.
Plucking it or trying to pop it might cause u to get a nose bleed or make it worse. Try going to the doctors.
Hope it gets better soon!

Inside my nose, no. On the very rim of my nostril, I have. They also hurt like mad compared to having them in other locations. Don't know about inside your nose. That is mostly mucus membranes and shouldn't be getting pimples, as far as I know.

It is probably an ingrown hair. I've had a few. Whenever you are able to, put a cloth with hot water on the spot. Then put zinc oxide on it. That will draw out the infection.

Try putting warm compresses on it. Dont squeeze it!! See if you can get someone to look up your nose to see if it is an ingrown hair. If it is, you have to (gulp) pull it out and it should drain on its own. Or maybe you could try standing over a pot of steammg water(Like your steaming your pores) But DONT squeeze it!!!
