wow, i'd give them a hint. It be embarrassing to tell them but even more embarrassing for them to walk around like that. I think It be messed up if I just acted like nothing. Its only right to tell them tha they have something on their face that isn't supposed to there

Nope... a persons boogers are their personal issue...
I find that if you go up to a stranger and tell them they have a booger hanging out their nose, then before you know it, your being invited to dinner....then soon enough, family reunions.... it's just ugly all around!
By the way, you have something hanging off your nose!

No. Actually that happened a long time ago. I was with my date on one of those Safari rides at Busch Garden where everybody sits together in the boat and he had a white boogie that was visible for all to see, but I didn't say anything because everyone would've heard me and he would've been embarrassed.

You have to learn the inconspicuous "wipe your own nose" technique. Make a small nod and wipe your own nose and lift your eyebrows at the same time. They usually copy and wipe it off.

If I knew the person then of course I would, but if it was a complete stranger I probably wouldn't say anything....
