I dont know about the number of columns you can store, but yes, there is something called the row size. It is limited to 8K in SQL Server 2000. So even if you have a table with 100 columns each varchar 2000, the table will be created. But as soon as you start using more than 8K for a single row, SQL Server starts truncating the data. Take a look at the following URL for more info.

This problem may have been fixed in more recent releases of SQL Server though. All the best!!!

i'm in favour of limiting the style of remote places gamers to 4. IPL is rather an Indian family members journey with India as their known marketplace which provides international gamers an probability to earn plenty extra beneficial than what they are in a position to by taking part in for their nationwide area. i'm no longer against remote places gamers engaging in the Indian family members journey, yet i've got faith 4 is in basic terms the desirable type for terribly final XI. The family members gamers could settle for extra opportunities and exposures. additionally, having 5 or extra remote places ability having some 2d rated gamers from different international places and that i'm completely against it. As for a international league, we've already got CLT T20.
