This is America's 8 trillion dollar national debt. It was greatly increased by President Bush after President Clinton created three straight surpluses and lowered the debt. What does President Bush plan on doing about this? Former Fed Chairman Greenspan this is of great concern.

Speedboy you're a nightmare. you didn't attempt to answer my intial question about the national debt. your so-called "fact" about the increase in tax revenue is bogus. Is this occurring every year? When? Years? I doubt it. Revenue hasn't increased from major tax cuts in 2001 and 2003. How can they? Don't just blame Congress for increasing spending. What does Congress spend so much money on? They're actually cutting programs. There has been almost no money plugged into education, healthcare, they cut the Americorps program and others and they haven't solved the social security crisis. Blame our current President for having less revenue because of his tax cuts, an expensive war, and a large deficit. you don't consider the other elements that go into a successful economy.

2005 tax revenue has increased from 2004, 2003, 2002. Minus those Bush cuts in 2001and2003 and revenue sharply increases. Gains increase therefore Congress is allow to spend minus consquences and possibly retain a annual surplus.

Clinton's and Bush's tax receipts are apples and oranges. Also, Government spending descreased from Clinton Era to Bush Era. Hence, Clinton achieved economic success.

I always thought myself to be a Canadian to be a bit of a Republican, until Bush came along. I love the Democratic way, for more Capitalistic than the old cronies sitting in their clicky tower. Sure ruin the Dem's reputation and try to suppress them, but at least they share. And that is what I call a true friend, one who does not shun. IS not a true democracies to be one that allows ANY one to reach success?

The deficit. A subject which you know little about based upon your comments. If Congress slows spending increases to something less than their current insane level, the tax recepts are great enough to wipe out the deficit, just as the tax receipts from the wealthier Americans did under Clinton's Presidency.
Thank the rich for all the overwhelming majority of tax receipts (up >10% after the so-called "tax cuts for the rich").
Strangle the golden goose, and all will suffer. Who will fund all those entitlement programs that Dems Covet? They have a very odd way of showing compassion, eh?
Remember, thank the rich for all those tax receipts, and piss on Congress for all of their out of control spending. They think nothing of defcit spending and should be punished for doing so.

Now that you have B1tched about it, I'm sure it's going to be fine. You must be an idiot. Is there a school you people go to? Does it let you unlearn common sense or do you have to be void of that in the first place? I hope people like you can learn Arabic real quick because you act just like the extreme Muslims. By the way Mecca would be to your east. You'll need to know that, better write it on your hand.
Have any of you ever studied anything in our schools? They teach you about where the debt started. With FDR. Look it up morons. Just go to your search engine and type up national debt. All of you liberal pansies need to grow a spine. All you can ever do is cry about losing to an intellectual superior. The best you guys have is Kerry and Clinton. Ha! What a joke your party has become. Since the last 26 years you have only had one democrat in office. Look what he has done for our country. He made it the laughing stock of the world. Also you have a party that is diminishing in numbers thanks to abortion, so all you can do is whine about it. You are on the losing end and there is nothing you can do about it. Ha.
