Its ok, but whether it will run games or not depends on what other hardware you fit to the motherboard, such as processor, graphics card, sound card and RAM.

It's alright, but I would recommend getting one that uses DDR2 memory, and of course yes gaming will depend on your video card. E-mail me if you want further assistance.
