Do you love her? are you faithful? would you be willing to marry her all over again if you had a chance? what about is she smart, beautiful, funny and great to just sit in the same room with. Come on if you can't tell the woman you want to marry at least 3 reasons are you sure you should even consider it. Best wishes you'll figure it out.

1. Love
2. Friendship
3. Want to have a family together
In addition there is stability, financial reasons and wanted added conveniences if you are already living together (you can take care of eachother's business).

She doesn't want to marry you or she would know the reasons for herself. She is still grieving her first marriage if she is putting the sins of her ex on you. Unfortunately, she is not ready to be married.
You can tell her that you are ready to move forward in the relationship and if she is not then you will move ON.

I think the best reasons to give her are that
1) that you loved her and would like to spend the rest of your life with her.
2) that you wish that both of you could do the things that you like together, like taking walks, touring,etc.
3) you cannot see what the future holds and that you will work hard to make this marriage works.
I would only advise you to say the 3 things above if you really feel it. So check yourself and decide.

I think your response to her should come from you. Not us. You know her and you for sure know yourself. Be honest. Just ask yourself why you want to marry her, why she is the women you want to spend your life with, what about her makes you happy, and find something about yourself that she finds appealing in you. I would say she is just not ready becuase if she truly loved you enough to want to marry she would have already thought of every reason why to and why not to! I say the only thing you can do is be there till she is fully convinced that your the one for her!

3. Show her your vast wardrobe and have her note how you both wear the same size dress and shoes
