Do not do those 'gallstone flushes.' This is very dangerous. Since many gallstones are large, there is the potential that 'flushing them' can lead to a stone becoming blocked in the common bile duct. This can cause death very quickly.
Please see your doctor. If the stones are small, they can use ultrasonic sound waves to break them up into tiny enough pieces that they flush from your system naturally. If not, then you may need surgery.
If all you had to do to get rid of them was drink some olive oil and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar...wouldn't the doctor tell you that?

According to the late Dr Brad Cords: The gall bladder
has a function that will have an impact on digestion for the rest of your life.
Step one: Fast for one day
Step two: Drink ½ cup of cold pressed, virgin olive oil
Step three: After 30 minutes, drink ½ cup of grapefruit juice.
Wait and this should do the flush. Occasionally, people will have to repeat this process.

Anything fried, spicy or hard to digest such as nuts or heavy meals.
Also avoid alcohol.
There are some great websites of gallstones and not only will they give you information regarding this condition but will also help with food information to avoid gallstone attacks.
Good luck!

I wish I could help you with this problem. I had my gall badder removed and the only thing I ever knew that could have caused my stones was an extreme intake of ginger. I was taking it to help with stomach problems and instead it gave me gall stones.

Foods cooked in grease and most nuts. Your doctor usually gives a strict diet to follow after you have surgery also.
