I am sorry.. it's so sad things are like that! I think it takes a true person to see through the color and degrading talk these days!

Personally I don't understand the purpose or usefulness of prejudices other than making small minded, ignorant people feel better about themselves. You can always explain that you're sorry they feel that way but you don't share their feelings and ask them if they would please refrain from such talk while you are around. If they refuse and you feel offended with these discussions, find new friends. You have to decide what's more important, being part of a crowd or standing up for what you believe in.

First of all, they're not your friend if they can talk about you or your preferences. Everyone has a right to be happy and content and if your personal friends make you feel worthy, then, more power to you.

It's best to win a person with honey than with vinegar. A true friend is hard to find and if you can find a true blue, yellow, red, black or white? You've solve half the battle in life.

Tell them to keep looking, watching and observing because the best revenge is success. Otherwise they will see your life filled with joy, happiness and compassion, while their lives will be filled with deceit, envy, ciaos.

Ride on, and drop that Beat!

Did somebody make a rule that you can't hang out with anybody you choose? If they did, they don't realize they really have no authority in the matter. Maybe its time for you to leave some "old friends" behind and go with some new ones.

A person's race should not make any difference in making friends. Those that make an issue of it are bigots. They are just mimicking things their parents and / or friends say. I don't think there is anything you could say or do to respond to it without the possibility of the issue being raised to a point where someone could become physically harmed.

Because they have nothing better to do.. And they dont feel good about their self so they put other people down to make themselves feel better. Dont worry about them! You or your friend. They are just bullys looking for trouble. Next time they say something dont act like you hear them and just laugh with each other. It will put them in their place.

Hope I could help! Peace

Honestly you shouldn't say anything. Thats what these people want. They want to see you get upset but by getting upset and responding your showing that maybe you really do care and if you really don't then there is no reason to respond.

Your a good friend for feeling for your friend. Worry about her not what other people say!

Friends that talk behind other friends backs are not good friends to have. Tell them to cut it out and let them know how you feel. If they still make fun don't hang with them.

Tell them they are ignorant.

Who cares what others think, if you are happy, that is all that matters. You just need to be strong when you hear such things. It hurts, but are you really going to see these rude people again? Chances are probably not. And if you do, you shouldnt be.
