I've always known Fox News is not fair and unbiased. No network is. And this blatant LIE that Fox News displayed proves it.

I am a justice and truth seeker. And if you ask me, what Fox News did is just pathetic.

Well, if Shiraz doesn't want to believe me, then fine. I have better thigns to do than type up rediculous bullcrap. This is something that Fox News did. Whether or not it was an accident...well let's use Fox New's slogan.
"We report. You decide."

It is a fact that Fox News reported Foley as (D-Fl). It is disputable, however, whether or not that was a typo.

because its run by conservatives that are trying ot get the blame away from democrats and fox gets thier broadcast rights through the FCC so if they put up anything that would make the republicans look bad is always denounced by something else or discredited by certain people

I've seen the images on websites trying to "show" Fox News tried to present Foley as a democrat. I highly suspect the image is doctored.

I've watched quite a bit of both CNN & FOX. If that image isn't doctored, it is a brief typo. I'm sure the newscaster was verbally refering to him as a republican at the same time & it was immediately corrected, because all I've seen on Fox was references to REPUBLICAN Foley.

And I have heard MANY, if not ALL of the commentors on Fox, not only condemning Foley, but also wanting an investigation in to who knew what & when. One conservative commentator last night said "If Hastert didn't know - he should have!"

Part of the confusion (again, IF the image is accurate) is that there is a democrat Tom Foley. IF someone made that kind of mistake, I sort of hope they'd get fired for it.

The only thing "fair & balanced" about FOX is that it provides balance by presenting the "right while CNN presents the "left." I watch both to get the whole picture.

Yes Fox News did it. MSNBC even made jokes about it! Fox News is, as all intelligent people know, controlled by the White House and they are trying to minimize the damage of the Foley/House Republican leadership scandal. I noticed that they have a lot less coverage of this story then the other networks do.

I think you meant to say that Fox News is biased.

Yes, it is very biased and the reason is...

Fox is owned and operated by the Republicans and they live in Carl Rove's hip pocket.

The Republicans didn't want Foley's name associated with their party. I can see why they'd be embarrassed, so Fox used lies to cover-up for the GOP.

You are witnessing the Nazification of America!

If Foley was a Democrat, as he behaves as one, the truth about the page being over the age of 18 at the time would have made it a non issue.
If Foley was a Democrat, he wouldn't have resigned, he would have clung to power like the disgraced Congressman William Jefferson from Louisiana caught by the FBI taking a $100,000 bribe and hiding the money in his refrigerator.
If Foley was a Democrat, the media would still attack the Republicans for demanding his resignation because he is gay.
If Foley was a Democrat, the DNC would rally around him and embrace him as a perfect example of their all-inclusive party.

OMG I saw that.I thought I was going crazy.
They were doing it all throughout the day.
I seriously love fox news, not for information that is correct, just so i can keep abreast of what the republican weirdos talking point of the day is. And well it is a seriously amusing channel to watch.

I've seen lots of wacko liberal posts here and I thought this was going to be unsubstantiated.

But I've also seen even MORE wacko conservative posts, and I'm guessing that any Fox employee who has ever hit up Yahoo Answers has gotten a pretty good idea that most Americans would probably believe he's a Democrat if Fox News told them!

FOX information isn't honest and balanced. They edited a video some months in the past of Obama talking of u.s. and Europe to in good structure their own anti-Obama convenience. even with the indisputable fact that, for sure there are information channels that are biased in direction of liberalism.

Now let's see. Who has gotten caught creating doctored photographic "evidence" repeatedly, over and over and over again....Fox news or the left? Hmmmm.

You are going to have to do a hell of alot better than this. You've been caught lying so many times and in such serious circumstances, while Fox goes out of its way to maintain integrity. You are simply a liar until you prove otherwise.

Maybe if you didn't get caught red handed, knowingly engaging in fraudulent reporting toward extremely sinister purposes, you'd be worthy of the benefit of the doubt:

As it stands, your word on this is worth nothing....less than nothing. People are on to you.
