Given the chance, I would have kill him by now, but my girlfriend told me not to, of cos that's what she'll say, she was the one who hold the gaze with my friend everytime they talk. Anyway I've ditched her now. But I am thinking, what should I do to my friend? Don't tell me not to do nothing.

Well, find out why he's doing it. Be subtle about it, like, catch him doing it with some girl that has no connection to you, and kind of joke with him and ask "what's that about?" If you do it in a fun way, he'll tell you the truth. If the truth is he's trying to use it to get in their pants, tell him he did that with your ex.
What you do after you say that is on you. I'm not going to advocate violence. But at the end of it, if he was messing with your girl, you need to find another friend.

I think it is possible that you are over reacting. When people talk to each other they generally look at each other. If you think your friend would do that to you, then choose different friends. Maybe you should talk to him and get it straightened out before you do something stupid that could land you in jail. If she was really worth all of that you would not have ditched her.
