I'm about to be the mangaer of the dog training center where i'm working, I've taken two years of college while in high school and I am going to take a class to become better trained to be a trainer, but i'm still not sure if I can handle being the boss at 19 (my boss said that it would be mostly mine to run).

The fact that you want to learn to become a better trainer and your boss prefers you to run the center shows that you have got the stuff to be a manager. It is not easy to manage things and you got to start from somewhere. So get into the manager's shoes and congrats!

GO FOR IT!

think of it this way:
should things go right, you'd be termed a prodigy in the business.
should things go wrong, your age can be blamed.

but then, you wouldn't be chosen if you haven't proven yourself in some way.

if i were in your place, i'd make a go at it.

God doesn't choose the qualified, He QUALIFIES the CHOSEN.
Have faith in God that He has put you in the right place. You'll do just fine! Congrats!
