I tried to repair windows but still no luck. Help will be really appreciated. Thanks.

I have no other programs running.. I havent reinstalled anything back yet... I ve already formmated 2ice... It takes 30 minutes to reach the "Welcome".. :(

1) Make a Windows 98 bootable Cd or Floppy...
2) Format the c drive from the boot device...
3) Give a command "scandisk" from the bootdisk..
Let it complete (scanning )and then install Windows....It seems to be a problem with the hard drive....ALL THE BEST...

30 Minutes? Do you have every program/game you own in Startup?
Suggest you begin there, and only load that which you will use daily.
Also, do not use a complex screensaver full of graphics. They suffocate memory.

30 minutes to load windows? You need to cry for this.
Format again. May be your hard disk has bad sectors. If so , divide your hard disk, make partition.
