In christmas, i'm going to get the xbox 360. Is there any problems about the 360?

Definetly should not be any problem, all of the Xbox 360s you see at stores are brand new, and all will be working without problems.
Don't worry, there are no bugs, internal problem, disk scratchers, etc. Though it may get a little hot (not really hot), so I suggest you buy an Xbox 360 intercooler to keep it at a goood temp.
