You have to download a Language pack from microsoft website. you can find all kinds of languages or you can copy the chineese wrtting and go on a transalating site and see wat it says.

if you want to translate the page roughly into english or any other language try http://babelfish.altavista.com/
if you want it to display correctly in chinese, you will need to download an appropiate font and probably set the encoding in the browser.

you got to install east-asia language on your pc. go to control panel>regional and language options> under the languages tab> click on the 2 boxes below.
