My junior homecoming dance is in a couple of days away and this girl that i know wants to dance with me.The only problem is that i don't know how to dance.I know that there will be grind dancing going on but i have no idea what to do.I'm also a shy person so is there any way to dance without me being self-conscious?I'll appreciate any helpful advice i get.

1. The question "how to grind" is asked once a week if not more often. Research answers.
2. I can't stand grinding - I find it distasteful. It's like fake sex. Make sure that girl you're talking about doesn't share the same opinion before you try to grind with her. But I understand that you want to know, just in case...
3. Go to wikipedia.com and search "grind dance" - it is very explanatory.
You are much better off with simply moving to the beat of music, whatever it may be, or with slow dancing.

Grinding - basically like having sex, but with your clothes on. If you don't know what to do from that, well, uhhh sorry bro, there's not much I can do.
