Call his Boss and tell him, don't ask, that you need to see him ASAP concerning workplace intimidation. Or go to the EEO office. When I was working in the government, it seemed like we took yearly training on this stuff. You're supervisors boss will probably remember this training. He will NOT want to be in the blast zone if the allegations about you are false, he's gonna take care of himself. Tell all these people you are going to consider legal action if this is not handled immediately and satifactorily.

if you are career conditional transfer out. if You aren't quit. Find another job. In federal, a bad supervisor is hard to deal with. I had one. I know. Or do appeal it. In My case rules weren't followed by supervisor. I appealed to the Justice Dept. Didn't do me any good.

quit. the government is a terrible work environment - sad but true. my wife almost became a mindless drone like the uneducated people she worked with and for. they bring you down to their level, and its not healthy. the only thing government appreciates is tenure. it doesnt matter if you have a BA or masters... only the time spent on the job gets you up. you can do awful work, and it doesnt matter. I'd look at moving to the private sector... money is better too.

Who did he tell? Are the statements Libelous, if so, get a lawyer and sue him. That will get his and his supervisors undivided attention.
