There is no spot or swelling in the vergina that can tell you weather or not you are expecting. Ther eis however signs in your cervix when you get to be about 3 months along. If you inserted your finger into your vergina and felt on your cervix wall (lining) you would feel that your cervix lining is hard instead of its normal softness, and would continue to get harder and larger as the baby grew.
I hope that answers your question.

No. Absolutely there will not be any such indication (Spot or swelling) if one is pregnant. It may be due to some other problem, may be some infection or even STD. In such cases it is better to consult a gynecologist immediately and act as her her advice.
The early symptoms of pregnancy are - delay in start of menstrual period, nausea, vomiting, uneasiness etc. Further it can be confirmed by blood and urine tests for pregnancy only.

Take a pregnancy test. I noticed you have posted several question asking about pregnancy but for some reason you refuse to take a pregnancy test. No one can tell you if you are pregnant or not. Not even a Dr if you described ALL your symptoms. The Doctor will order a pregnant test, from the result will determine if you are pregnant.
Stop wasting your time and points asking questions that no one isn't able to answer. It's unless, it's pointless..Please give it up and take a pregnancy test!

There is a swelling that tells you if you're pregnant; but it is actually a little higher, in your uterus. And it shows up about 3 or 4 months into the 9 months. And it keeps getting bigger until the baby falls out.

I haven't ever heard of that but your cervix might feel a little swollen and the opening should be tightly shut which could indicate pregnancy but dont rely solely on that

No sweet heart, there isn't. Search "pregnancy" online so that you can educate your friend on the truth.
